Well, all I can say is..... achievement unlocked!! Well, all I can say is..... achievement unlocked!!! 🤩😁 Finally, goats milk butter!!! Plus some buttermilk. This opens up quite a few more dairy products we can learn to make. Made the butter using my kitchen aide with cream I processed on the weekend... which was a process with a steep learning curve. Went outside to build shelves for the office area. Went outside to build shelves for the office area. ADHD got the better of me and I ended up fighting with a wasp nest near our goats, then made the start of our new composting station and started to enclosed in the milking station with a temporary tarp roof so I could work during the torrential downpour of Hurricane Beryl. Never even touched anything to do with shelves 🤦‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️
