Well, all I can say is..... achievement unlocked!!! 🤩😁

Finally, goats milk butter!!! Plus some buttermilk. This opens up quite a few more dairy products we can learn to make.

Made the butter using my kitchen aide with cream I processed on the weekend... which was a process with a steep learning curve. But I figured it out.

Not a big harvest but everyday adds up. We missed the sour berry harvest but got some to snack on. The area has been cleared and we'll watch next year better. Rhubarb, blueberries, sweet peas, sour cherries, some Raspberries.

Went outside to build shelves for the office area. ADHD got the better of me and I ended up fighting with a wasp nest near our goats, then made the start of our new composting station and started to enclosed in the milking station with a temporary tarp roof so I could work during the torrential downpour of Hurricane Beryl. Never even touched anything to do with shelves 🤦‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️
